10 Hammersmith Grove Now Fully Let


Media and tobacco company take last spaces in office building

 

The companies behind Hammersmith's town centre office building, 10 Hammersmith Grove, Development Securities PLC and the SWIP Property Trust have announced it is now fully let.

The last available space in the building, on the site of the NCP car park opposite Lyric Square, has been taking by FOX International Channels (UK) Limited and Philip Morris Limited, the UK affiliate of global tobacco company Philip Morris International.

Fox International Channels, or FIC will occupy one and a half floors of the building, Philip Morris Ltd, or PML has taken space across the top three floors, and these offices wil be their new UK headquarters.

They will join broadcaster UKTV hotels group Accor, who signed up earlier this year.

The eight storey 10 Hammersmith Grove has become an iconic part of Hammersmith town centre, with two restaurants Byron and Bill’s on the ground floor. A third restaurant space is still to be le.

Construction is now underway at 12 Hammersmith Grove, the second phase of development, which is due to be completed early in 2016.
