Two more restaurants and more media/creative businesses set to move in

Property regeneration company U+I has announced that construction of 12 Hammersmith Grove, the sister development to 10 Hammersmith Grove is now complete.

U+I, which was created through a merger between Development Securities PLC and Cathedral Group, says that, located in the centre of Hammersmith next door to the tube station, 10 and 12 Hammersmith Grove are a vital addition to West London’s new 'media cluster'.

The area, spanning Hammersmith, Chiswick and White City plays host to a range of famous names in TV and broadcasting including BSkyB to Virgin to TalkTalk.

UKTV and Fox International Channels have already moved into 10 Hammersmith Grove and the company says it also expects creative/media businesses to occupy no. 12.

12 Hammersmith Grove reception

On its website, the company says: " 12 Hammersmith Grove has been designed as a creative, modern workplace and features a double height, full-wall, stained-glass installation by artist Kate Maestri providing a warm welcome to the building’s reception area.

" Outside, the public realm forms a natural extension to Lyric Square and is fast becoming the most popular restaurant cluster in Hammersmith.

" Bills and Byron are already doing a roaring trade and will be joined by two more restaurants on the ground floor of no.12, improved alfresco dining areas, green walls and new landscaped areas."
