Local Councillor launches the Cowan Report
With commentators in the States saying that weblogs or blogs are likely to be a critical factor in future election another local politician has started up his own blog. Labour leader Cllr. Stephen Cowan has called his on-line effort the Cowan Report.
He says, I've launched a blog which will cover local issues and keep people updated on what's happening at their Council/Government. I hope it make's it easier for local people to access us as politicians and to send us their views and ideas. "
He will be regularly updating the blog with details of Labour party campaigns in the borough and you can give feedback to him directly through the site.
He follows in the footsteps of Cllr. Paul Bristow who launched his own blog some months previously.
