A newlywed couple are making an appeal for the return of photos of their big day after they were stolen by two men on a moped.

The snaps of Dom and April Cromwell’s wedding were on two hard drives in the boot of their photographer’s car along with £10,000 worth of his equipment.

He left the vehicle for just four minutes to buy a sandwich at the BP garage on the Great West Road between Chiswick and Hammersmith at around 1.40pm on Monday 14 August. The men smashed the windows of the car to gain access.

The couple, who are both aged 27 and are from Exeter, are now offering a £1,000 for their recovery. The photographer took thousands of pictures on the day of their wedding back in July.

If you have information that may help you are asked to contact the police and you can reach Dom and April through Facebook or email editor@hammersmithtoday.co.uk and we will pass on a message.
