Police Say Death of Man Found in Garden Was 'Non-suspicious'


Body of man in his forties was discovered in Agate Road front garden

The man, who was in his forties was found in a garden in Agate Road, W6 on Thursday 29 June.

Hammersmith and Fulham officers said they were called to an incident in the leafy residential road around 7.30am.

After first the death was being treated as unexplained, but Scotland Yard later confirmed that it was non-suspicious and no longer a police matter.

H&F Police said on 30 June they were confident of the man's identity.

A file has now been passed to the coroner.
