Incident: Serious Incident
Date & Time: 27/05/05 10.35am
Location: Niton Street, SW6
Victim is a 33-year-old parking attendant who was about to issue a ticket to an unattended vehicle. The driver appeared and the warden said he would give him five minutes to put some money in the machine or he would issue the ticket. The warden went away and returned five minutes later. The driver had still not paid so he began writing the ticket. The driver then appeared waving a large machete at the victim and threatened to kill the victim. The victim ran off chased by the suspect. Fortunately the victim managed to outrun the suspect.

The suspect is described as a black male aged about 37. 5’11” tall, he was wearing a faded grey baseball cap and white trousers covered in paint.

Incident: Stabbing
Date & Time: 26/05/05 1pm
Location: West 12 Shopping Centre, Shepherds Bush Green, W12
Victim is a 63-year-old female who was on her way to the opticians when she saw a 15-year-old youth cycling on the pavement. She shouted at the cyclist and carried on down the road. She then felt a punch on the left shoulder and saw the cyclist pass her at speed. She then got on a bus where a member of the public informed her that she was bleeding. She made her way to New Charing Cross Hospital where it was discovered that she had been stabbed in the shoulder and required stitches.

Incident: Robbery
Date & Time: 23/05/05 at 11.59am
Location: Argyll Mansions, Hammersmith Road, W14
Victim is a 28 year-old female who was walking home from work when she was pushed to the ground. The suspects then grabbed the victims bag and got hold of her wrist and took her watch. The victim was not injured and did not need medical attention.

The property taken was valued at £207.
The two suspects are described as black and about 20 years.
The first suspect was tall and was wearing a black hoody; the second suspect was also wearing a black hoody.

Incident: Theft from Motor Vehicle
Date & Time: 26/05/05 at 8.00 pm
Location: A40 near junction with OLD OAK COMMON ROAD
Victim is a 27-year-old female who was sitting in her vehicle at some traffic lights when the suspects approached. One of the suspects lent through the passenger side window and took the victims bag from the seat, whilst the other suspect stood next to the driver’s door with his hand on the roof of the car. Both suspects then made off.

The property that was taken had a value of £1070.
The two suspects are described as white and about 19 years old.
The first suspect was about 5’9 and had cropped hair that was fair.
The second suspect was about 5’11.

Incident: Burglary
Date & Time: 28/05/05 12.20 pm
Location: Margravine Gardens, W6
Victim is a 43-year-old male. The victim had just made his way home. When the victim reached the front door of his house he put the key in and opened the door, as he did so he heard a lot of banging coming from upstairs. The victim decided not to enter the house and closed the door and waited outside. The victim then a suspect climbing over his fence. The victim then chased the suspect and called out to passers by to help stop the suspect. The victim then grabbed the suspect and a scuffle broke out. The suspect then managed to brake free and started to run away. The victim again chased the suspect. The suspect ran into a garden and started to throw plant pots at the victim. The suspect then picked up a stick and tried to hit the victim. The suspect then run off and got away.

The suspect is described as a black male aged about 16, and 5’6 tall with a medium build. The suspect had a black Afro.

Incident: Assault S1.8
Date & Time: 28/05/05 4.55 pm
Location: King Street, W6
Victim is a 59-year-old male. The victim was going home in his car when he was involved in a road rage type incident. The suspect got out of his car, ripped of his tie and approached the victim’s car. The suspect then slammed the victim’s head on the frame of the car door, causing serious injury. The victim had a large open wound to the forehead and his scull was showing.

The victim was taken to New Charing Cross Hospital where the wound was treated.
A male has been arrested  and bailed to attend Hammersmith Police Station on 23rd June 2005.
