Storystock Comes the Bush Theatre

New storytelling festival for kids and their families starts on Thursday

Storytock is a brand new storytelling festival for children aged up to 13 and their families taking place at the Bush Theatre in Shepherd's Bush from Thursday October 31 to Saturday November 2.

Come and meet your favourite authors, see a show, buy books and gifts, learn to draw, make your own comic book, create beasts, write poetry, have tea with a Mad Hatter, enter competitions, dress up, learn to sing, have spooky Halloween fun, join a treasure hunt, and listen, write, read and live lots and lots and lots of stories.

The three day festival will include:

Storystock writer talks, with Judith Kerr, Kristina Stephenson, Michael De Souza and Laura Dockrill

Storystock shows - including the Wimpy Kid, the Beast Quest, Burglar Bill Puppet Show and Roald Dahl's Revolting Rhymes

Storystock parties - hosted by Sharky and George, Maggie and Rose Members' Club, the Mad Hatter, Winnie the Pooh and Halloween Wizards.

The events begin at 9.30am each day and entry to the Storystock Festival is free.
