Help Others by Giving Blood this Winter

Book an appointment or simply walk in to local session

Providing life-saving blood and platelets to patients doesn't stop over Christmas and New Year, so NHS Blood and Transplant is asking people to keep donating this winter to ensure hospitals have the stocks they need.

It doesn’t take long to do and you can help save or improve up to three lives each time you donate. So what’s stopping you?

Blood donors can now create their own personal account
which links to their existing blood donation records. This meant they can book, amend or cancel their own appointments online.

You can help the boost stocks of blood by becoming a donor if you are generally in good health, aged between 17 and 65 and weigh at least 7st 12lbs.

The next local session is at:

Stoll, Fulham Road - Wednesday December 30, Midday - 2.30pm and 3.20pm - 5.45pm. Limited walk in slots are available, or you can make an appointment in advance.

If you would like to give blood, you can call the NHS Blood and Transplant Service on 0300 123 23 23 or visit the website.
