Transport Disruption Over The Weekend

Local train and tube services affected by engineering works

If you are planning to travel over the weekend, the following lines are affected by engineering works.


Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 February

No service between Clapham Junction and Kensington (Olympia) due to Earl's Court development works. In addition, Southern services do not operate between Shepherd's Bush and Watford Junction / Milton Keynes Central. Valid tickets will be accepted on local London Buses services via any reasonable route.

South West Trains

Sunday 22 February

The Shepperton branch will be closed all day Sunday for drainage work.

  • Trains between London Waterloo and Shepperton will be altered to run to and from Twickenham via Wimbledon and Kingston.
  • Connecting bus services will run between Strawberry Hill and Shepperton.

District Line

Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 March

No service between Turnham Green and Richmond. Replacement buses operate.
