Hammersmith Community Gardens Association is holding a Monthly Gardening Day at Loris Gardens in Loris Road on February 3 till 11am till 3pm.

Anyone interested in gardening is invited to come along and stay for an hour or for the day.

The association says regular upkeep of the gardens involves tasks such as planting, watering, mowing, weeding, pond clearance and wildlife surveys as well as seasonal activities such as pruning, bulb planting and leaf sweeping.
