Could You Volunteer with Hammersmith Community Gardens Association?

Induction session among outdoor activities taking place in May

Are you interested in volunteering with Hammersmith Community Gardens Association?

HCGA holds induction sessions for those wishing to volunteer at the Glasshouses in Ravenscourt Park on the first Wednesday of the month.

These sessions offer an opportunity to find out more about volunteering projects, how you can get involved, as well as an opportunity to visit the association's sites.

They are informal, and offer the chance to meet current and new volunteers.  The next session is on 3 May from 10am till 11.30am.

For more information or to book a place please contact Katie on 07890514050 or Katie@hcga.org.uk.

HCGA is also holding volunteer gardening sessions and family play activities in four local parks and gardens throughout the month.

The locations are Ravenscourt Glasshouses, Normand Park, Loris and Godolphin Gardens.

Families can simply drop in with no booking required, and activities including gardening, environmental craft and games.

HCGA says children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

All sessions are free but we do ask for a donation towards materials if possible.
