Collision took place at junction of New Kings Road and Fulham Palace Road
A female cyclist has been seriously hurt follow a collision with a lorry near Putney Bridge just before noon today (Tuesday 30th September). Her bike was mangled under the wheels of the truck.
London Ambulance Service spokesperson said, “We have got a single responder in a car, two ambulance crews and a duty officer at the scene.”
The woman in her thirties has been taken to St. George’s Hospital with what police are describing as leg injuries that are not life-threatening.
Both Fulham Palace Road and New Kings Road were closed following the accident but have since reopened.
