Find out at free assessments in July at local libraries

This July, our local libraries are offering local residents free health assessments, provided by Kick It Stop Smoking Service and Healthy Hearts.

The checks include:

• lung age
• blood pressure check
• body mass index assessment
• stop smoking support
• healthy lifestyle advice 

They will take place at:

Friday 6 July, 10am - 12 noon at Hammersmith Library

Friday 13 July, 10am - 12 noon at Shepherds Bush Library

Wednesday 18 July, 10am - 12 noon at Fulham Library

Wednesday 25 July, 10am - 12 noon at Askew Road Library

No need to book a place, just turn up on the day.
