Brook Green Food Market and Kitchen at Addison Primary School is offering a taste of spring over the next few weeks, with weekly masterclasses from resident chef, Matt Young, showing visitors how to make some favourite seasonal dishes.

Tomorrow, March 21, the market celebrates St Patrick's Day by showing you how to make Coddle, a traditional Irish stew using leftovers and a some Guiness. Boxty, a traditional Irish potato cake, will also be on the menu.

This will be followed by:

March 28 - Hot Cross Buns, getting you ready for Easter

April 4 - Easter Weekend - Easter Eggs

April 11 - the market's special Birthday Weekend. Come along and help them celebrate their first Birthday.

If you would like a dish to be demonstrated or to learn a cooking technique the market invites you to ask so it can include it in a cooking masterclass.

The weekly market also features an  array of street food brought together with live entertainment.
