Have Your Say on Healthcare

Make your comments during patient feedback week

Central London Community Healthcare is asking patients and carers to make their voices heard on local healthcare during Have Your Say Week ,which runs from March 22 to 28.

During Have Your Say Week, CLCH is asking people using local health services to completre a survey asking about their experiences, whether they have good access to services, how long they have to wait to be seen and if they feel they receive safe, high quality, effective and co-ordinated care.

The Survey will be available at healthcare sites across Hammersmith and Fulham as well as Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster. Sites include Parsons Green Walk In Centre, Parsons Green, St Dunstan's and White City Health Centres and at all our local hospitals.

" Our mission is to provide the best healthcare for people in their homes and community. We are committed to listening to our patients and service users and their feedback will help us shape and improve the future of our services," says CLCH Managing Director, Claire Holloway.

Geoff Alltimes, Joint Chief Executive of Hammersmith & Fulham Council and NHS Hammersmith and Fulham, is urging as many people as possible to fill in the questionnaire. " It is vital that we know what you think as we strive to create the best healthcare services possible in Hammersmith & Fulham," he says.

The survey is also available online at www.clch.nhs.uk. The completed surveys will be sent to an independent organisation who will produce a report of the results. CLCH says the results will help them improve their service delivery and to provide more tailored services to meet the needs of patients.
