16 and 17 year-olds guilty of GBH
Five teenage boys, three aged 16 and two 17, have been convicted of the stabbing of a 14 year-old boy at Hammersmith bus station on May 16.
Three of the boys, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty to the charge of Grievous Bodily Harm. Two denied being involved, but were found guilty after a week long trial at the court Crown Court last Friday.
The attack happened in front of horrified crowds in the bus station outside Hammersmith Broadway at 3.50pm on May 16.
Several police cars attended and an air ambulance landed on the King Street NCP car park roof with a large area around the scene cordoned off.
The victim, who is a pupil at Richmond Park Academy was taken to hospital by ambulance.
The convicted teenagers will be sentenced in November and were warned at Isleworth Crown Court they will be sent to prison.
